| 1a. | Ballast will be applied to each car based on the points difference to last place | ||||||||||||||

| 2. | The top half (of season total number) qualifying drivers must start on the same tyre compound they qualify on, all other drivers may start on any compound | ||||||||||||||
| 3. | 1 penalty point results in 10kg of ballast being applied to the car for the next race | ||||||||||||||
| 4. | Each accicent will be attributed between 0 and 10 penalty points, depending on the severity of the incident, as decided by >60% of the non-involved parties, after the race | ||||||||||||||
| 5. | At least two different tyre compounds must be used in a race session | ||||||||||||||
| 6. | Stewards review must take place after each race to decide on incidents | ||||||||||||||
| 7. | Safety Cars | ||||||||||||||
| 7a. | Safety cars will be called as soon as someone disconnects | ||||||||||||||
| 7b. | Safety car, no overtaking, leader must maintain 50km/h, all other drivers can go at full speed. Once the pack is bunched, the lead driver may increase speed to 100km/h | ||||||||||||||
| 7c. | When a safety car is called the pit lane closes until all cars are bunched | ||||||||||||||
| 7d. | During safety car, the disconnected driver returns to their original position | ||||||||||||||
| 7e. | When the pits open after a safety car the disconnected driver/s must pit, all other drivers have the option to pit | ||||||||||||||
| 7f. | Pack must bunch up again once the field has had a chance to pit | ||||||||||||||
| 7g. | Race will not resume until all cars are within 2 car lengths of the car in front | ||||||||||||||
| 7g. | Safety car must be called before sector 3 for the pits to be open | ||||||||||||||
| 8. | No race restarts for any reason | ||||||||||||||
| 9a. | A race may be red flagged if 3 drivers or more are simultaneously affected by connection issues (server lag) or a unianimous descision by all drivers | ||||||||||||||
| 9b. | From a red flag the session will restart from the grid on the lead lap, cars may select a different tyre compound at the restart to what they fitted at the red flag, counting towards their race tyre quota (rule 5) | ||||||||||||||
| 11. | No reversing on the racing line | ||||||||||||||
| 12. | From the start of quali parc ferme rules apply, only the tyre compound, tyre pressures and front wing angle may be changed | ||||||||||||||
| 13a. | 1 litre of fuel must be extracted from the car at the end of the race, failure will result in a DSQ, failure to submit evidence will result in a DSQ and penalty point | ||||||||||||||
| 13b. | No fuel may be added to the car once the race starts | ||||||||||||||
| 14. | Drugs test mandatory prior to all official BNS sanctioned races, failure to comply will result in a ban | ||||||||||||||
| 15. | If serious damage is suffered in a collision with a car that is lagging, then a safety car will be called | ||||||||||||||
| 16. | In Race Penalties (Unless otherwise stated, added to final time) | ||||||||||||||

| 17. | If a car fails to negotiate a corner then no lasting advantage may be made, positions gained off the track must be given back in reasonable time | ||||||||||||||
| 18a. | A car cannot cross the pit entry or pit exit line, unless under safety car regulation | ||||||||||||||
| 18b. | Crossing is defined as any part of the tyre exceeding the white line separating the entry/exit from the race track | ||||||||||||||
| 19. | ITS NOT ABOUT THE CONCEQUENCES | ||||||||||||||
| 20. | By racing, drivers acknowledge the rules and regulations, and must do their upmost to abide by, and enforce them | ||||||||||||||
